Competitions Plus

With competitions you can measure yourself against other shooters. Create your own challenges, join official monthly challenges, and compare yourself on the leaderboard.

Overview

You reach the competitions page via the trophy icon in the navigation. There you’ll find:

  • Monthly challenges: Official challenges that change every month and are open to everyone.
  • Monthly matches: Official match competitions that combine several series into one match — 3 series for supported disciplines, 4 series for standing. Submit a series group from the Groups view.
  • My competitions: Challenges you’ve joined or created.

Taking part in a competition

  1. Tap Join and enter the invite code you received.
  2. Alternatively: open a link someone sent you — Ring Reader opens the competition directly.
  3. Set a username if you don’t have one yet. Your name appears on the leaderboard.
  4. Scan or record your series as usual — your best result is submitted automatically.

During the beta phase, you can take part in one competition you’ve created yourself at a time. Official monthly challenges don’t count toward this limit.

Competition types

  • Best series: Whoever achieves the highest total score wins.
  • Best Teiler: Whoever achieves the smallest Teiler (the shot closest to the center) wins.

Leaderboard & results

  • The leaderboard refreshes every 30 seconds.
  • Your position is highlighted in blue.
  • The top 3 receive gold, silver and bronze medals.
  • Using the Share button, you can create and send a result card with your rank, shot pattern and result.

Creating your own competition (Pro)

  1. Tap Create competition.
  2. Give it a name, choose the type (Best series or Best Teiler) and the discipline.
  3. Set a start and end date.
  4. Optional: limit the number of participants.
  5. After creating it, you receive an invite code that you can pass on to friends or club mates.

Inviting friends

  • Open your competition and copy the invite code or the link.
  • Share the code via WhatsApp, Telegram or directly at the club.
  • Invited shooters can join with the code, even without a link.

Competitions are perfect for club-internal challenges, training groups or comparisons with friends!

Requirements

  • Taking part: A Plus subscription or higher is required.
  • Creating: A Pro subscription is required.
  • A public username must be set in the settings.
